Simultaneously, it exhibits excellent chemical stability, with acid and water resistance meeting first-class standards. This effectively reduces visible foreign matter such as flaking and white spots caused by glass corrosion during drug storage, thereby ensuring the quality and shelf life of the medicines.
Production Process
The production process employs a cold-top electrofusion Vello Process.
During production, a laser inspection system performs multi-faceted high-precision inspection of the glass tube's outer diameter, and an automatic imaging inspection system is used to remove products with appearance defects such as air lines, ensuring dimensional tolerances and appearance quality.
