Solder Wire

Solder wire is a tin–lead alloy welding material designed for stable, efficient, and high-quality soldering in a wide range of electronic and electrical applications. It features controlled melting points, good tensile and shear strength, and excellent wettability, ensuring reliable bonding during soldering. The rosin flux is evenly distributed inside the wire, preventing core breakage, rosin splashing, or excessive residue during welding. The wire maintains smooth feeding without twisting in automatic soldering processes and avoids blockage of lead pipes, improving production efficiency and consistency.
