Tungsten Wire

Tungsten wire is produced from tungsten rods using advanced technologies including doping, acid washing, isostatic pressing, PLC-controlled direct sintering, swaging, drawing, and high-temperature annealing in a hydrogen atmosphere. It features high hardness and tensile strength, minimal deformation at elevated temperatures, high recrystallization temperature, excellent dimensional uniformity, low elongation, and good coilability. With outstanding resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, tungsten wire is widely used in electric light source components, electronic and vacuum devices, heating elements and refractory parts for high-temperature furnaces, as well as in automotive, aerospace, wire-cutting machines, and other demanding applications.

    Feature
